vocalrep offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid VocalRep subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and use the order details from your purchase email to look up your transaction; or
• Contact vocalrep through the in-app feedback form and we will help you initiate the refund with Paddle.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again.
